On September 21 the Cambridge Younger English Test was successfully held at the Australian International School in Wuhan.
One hour before the official opening of the exam many parents and students arrived at the test center, inquired about the examination room and focused on the task ahead with enthusiasm.
Wuhan Australia International School has once again witnessed the outstanding performance of countless students.
Why does Wuhan Australian International School choose to host this event?
Our school places great emphasis on the development of students' dual language skills. We are constantly striving to create a better language environment for our students, who have the opportunity to study their native language, English and a third language. There are many learning opportunities including the current Cambridge English children's exam and ongoing club courses. A Spanish course is also available as a club course. We encourage students to be passionate about learning a language
To some extent, the language test is a great way to motivate students to learn a language. Different from the traditional test, this assessment is conducted in a more interesting and interactive way and will alleviate any fear of the test. Students attempt the test full of expectation.
With every learning and training opportunity, every kind of assessment and every interaction, we are guiding students to use these languages flexibly in a scientific and interesting way, laying a solid foundation for the future. As students progress, their language learning journey becomes more interesting and practical. Wuhan Australia International School has been working hard to achieve positive outcomes.
Whilst the examinations are over, the journey continues and the success of learning a language is developed in every IB inquiry unit. Wuhan Australian International School will continue to work hard to provide students with more opportunities to showcase their learning experiences.
